The Workshop
The 2 hour morning workshops begin with Gentle Flow Yoga as you gaze out at views of the calm inlet water. Modifications will be provided for both beginner and experienced practitioners. After a guided deep relaxation, you’ll explore Breathwork and Meditation practices designed to quiet the mind and cultivate a calm inner space. Included will be time for questions, along with tips for taking the techniques into your daily life, making this a lasting experience.
Meet your Host
Laura has been studying Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation since 2000, and teaching for over fifteen years. Originally from Canada, she has taught in England, Greece, Mozambique, Bali and Peru. Both intuitive and practical, her teaching infuses rest and relaxation with awareness of optimal alignment. Laura loves surfing, saunas and sharing these techniques in Tofino, combining the inspiration of this beautiful area with the inner stillness of these practices.
