July 25, 26, 27 in Ucluelet, BC

Every July, Ukee Days brings the town of Ucluelet together for a weekend of live music, coastal food, and community celebration. From logger sports to pancake breakfasts and a lively parade, this small-town festival offers a mix of tradition, fun, and West Coast charm.

Whether you’re a longtime local, a first-time visitor, or just curious about what makes this wild part of Vancouver Island so special, Ukee Days is your invitation to dive into the heart of the community.

What is Ukee Days?

Ukee Days is a weekend-long celebration of all things West Coast: rugged adventure, local talent, amazing food, and unforgettable characters. It’s held annually in late July and offers something for absolutely everyone.

Expect a full lineup of:

  • Live music and local performances
  • Logger sports demonstrations (yes, axe throwing and pole climbing!)
  • Salmon & Oyster BBQ and other tasty eats
  • Parade and family activities
  • Beer gardens for the 19+ crowd
  • Pancake breakfasts and food trucks galore
  • Crafts, local vendors, and handmade goods

It’s the kind of weekend where you can sip a local beer, cheer on loggers as they race up poles, dance to live music, and then wander through a pop-up market—all before lunchtime.

Why You Should Go

Ukee Days isn’t just a festival, it’s a celebration of what makes Ucluelet, and the West Coast, so special. It’s rugged and real, welcoming and wild. Whether you’re clapping along at the logger sports arena, chowing down on fresh-caught seafood, or just soaking up the salty air and community spirit, Ukee Days will leave you feeling more connected to this beautiful corner of the world.
