Can I only book on weekends?
No. While the pass is designed with weekend getaways in mind, you’re free to use your eight nights anytime within the season (October 12 – March 25). Whether that’s eight nights in a row, two 4-night stays, or another combination—it’s completely up to you.

Are pet friendly rooms available?
Yes, a select number of rooms are pet friendly. They are subject to a pet cleaning fee of $40 per stay.

How many people can stay on the Tofino Winter Pass?
The pass is based on double occupancy, but some rooms can accommodate up to four guests. If you’re a family with two children 18 or under, there’s no extra charge. If it’s three or four adults (over 18) staying, there’s an additional $50 per adult, per night.

Can I share the Tofino Winter Pass with family or friends?
Yes, the nights can be used by different people, but the pass itself belongs to one passholder. The passholder’s name is non-transferable, which means:
- The person who buys the pass is the only one who can book and manage bookings.
- They’re responsible for all reservations, even if someone else is staying.
So, you can split the stays with friends, but the passholder is always the main point of contact and is ultimately liable for the pass.

Can I add on more nights to my Tofino Winter Pass?
Your Tofino Winter Pass includes 8 nights at the special rate of $137.38 + tax per night. Additional nights can absolutely be booked, but they’ll be at our regular seasonal rates. If you’d like to extend your stay at the Winter Pass rate, you’re welcome to purchase a second pass for a total of 16 nights.

Are there blackout dates?
Yes, the blackout dates are November 7th-10th, 2026 and February 12th-15th, 2027.

- Blackout Dates: November 7th-10th, 2026 and February 12th-15th, 2027
- Full Payment of the pass is required at time of purchase
- Once payment is processed these amounts are non-refundable
- Rates are valid for stays between October 12th, 2026 and March 25th, 2027
- Any unused balance after these dates will be lost and cannot be credited or used for future reservations
- Date changes and cancellations require 7 days’ notice. No shows, reservations cancelled or early departures within 7 days or confirmed arrival date, will forfeit those confirmed nights
