Policies
Guests may bring dogs only and will be charged a $40.00 per stay accommodation fee.
- A maximum of two dogs per room is permitted.
- Dogs must never be left unattended in the room.
- Dogs must be kept on leash at all times.
- Dog bowls, beds, towels and biscuits are provided upon request.
With the exception of guide dogs, no pets are allowed in the food and beverage outlets due to health regulations.
A deposit of the first night’s room and tax is processed at the time of booking. We require photo identification and a valid credit card at check in.
A deposit of the first night’s room and tax is processed at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of their arrival. Cancelations with more than 7 days’ notice are subject to a $20 (plus tax) service fee.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. Tofino Resort and Marina may change this privacy policy from time to time at Tofino Resort + Marina’s sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
- Private Trips (e.g., Ultimate Adventure, Fishing Charters, Floating Sauna Experience):
Full refund or credit if cancelled with at least 1 week’s notice.
No refunds if cancelled within 1 week of the trip. - Public Trips (e.g., Hot Springs, Whale Watching, Wildlife Tours, Bear Watching, Kayak):
Full refund or credit if cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
No refunds if cancelled within 48 hours of the trip. - Operator Cancellations:
Full refund or credit if we cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
We’ll assist in finding alternative options if needed. - No-Shows:
Charged the full price.
