The New Normal

Please be advised our resort is currently closed in accordance with provincial health advisories, however we are accepting accommodation reservations from March 8th and restaurant reservations from March 12th and look forward to welcoming guests at this time. 

During the resort’s closure, Tuff Fit Gym, Guest Services and our Marine Adventure Centre will be closed. We will be reviewing the latest guidance continually and will re-open our Tuff Fit Gym facilities to members as soon it is possible to do so. In the meantime, we will be posting regular updates for our members and guests on our website and social media channels.

We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

Keeping Our Team Safe

Protecting our people is our utmost priority. As such, we are reassuring those who feel the need to work from home that it is okay to do so, and encouraging team members to practice social distancing whether they are at work or out in the community. We are also training our team members on enhanced cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing procedures to be part of the onboarding process for returning to work. Virtual check-ins/outs are also being introduced to limit face-to-face contact.
