At Tofino Resort + Marina, we are committed to ensuring all operations align with COVID-19 orders, direction and safety protocols mandated by the Provincial Health Office (PHO) and regional health authorities. At this time, we ask all guests on property alongside our resort team to wear face coverings and/or personal protective equipment. Download our detailed best practices document that outlines the steps we are taking to operate safely & responsibly. Note: some images shown throughout this website do not represent current operational guidelines or health and safety measures, such as face coverings and physical distancing requirements.
We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.
We are now accepting room bookings.
Protecting our people is our utmost priority. As such, we are reassuring those who feel the need to work from home that it is okay to do so, and encouraging team members to practice social distancing whether they are at work or out in the community. We are also training our team members on enhanced cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing procedures to be part of the onboarding process for returning to work. Virtual check-ins/outs are also being introduced to limit face-to-face contact.
We have a strong sense of urgency and duty to the community in which we live, as such, we’re are taking extended steps.
