At Tofino Resort + Marina, we know that life and travel will never be the same as they were pre-COVID-19. We are committed to ensuring all operations align with COVID-19 orders, direction and safety protocols mandated by the Provincial Health Office (PHO) and regional health authorities. Travel Info

We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

We are now accepting room bookings.

Keeping Our Team Safe

Protecting our people is our utmost priority. As such, we are reassuring those who feel the need to work from home that it is okay to do so, and encouraging team members to practice social distancing whether they are at work or out in the community. We are also training our team members on enhanced cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing procedures to be part of the onboarding process for returning to work. Virtual check-ins/outs are also being introduced to limit face-to-face contact.

In the Community

We have a strong sense of urgency and duty to the community in which we live, as such, we’re are taking extended steps.

  • Rooms for essential workers & displaced locals and visitors
  • Donations to local food banks
  • Encouraging our following to #ExploreBCLocal

Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) for customer-facing staff
  • Heightened cleaning protocols for rooms & high traffic areas
  • Sanitization stations and provincially-approved COVID-19 signage
  • Removal of non-essential room items to limit exposure
